At Adat Chai: MLA, we provide many opportunities for worship, prayer, learning, fellowship and ministry through Friday Erev Kabbalat Shabbat, Saturday Torah Services, Chavurah Study Groups, Midrash, Chavdalah, monthly Rosh Chodesh (New Moon) Praise & Worship services, and the celebration of Adonai’s Moe’dim (annual festivals and appointed times) in the fullness of Mashiach.

All people are welcome at Adat Chai.  We are comprised of many people of diverse backgrounds, Jews, Gentile, and Mixed or Blended Families.  It is our desire to see every kindred, tribe and tongue worshipping in Unity and Harmony!  You do not have to be Jewish to join us for worship.  You only need to have a love for Israel and the Jewish people.

Adat Chai: MLA is a Fellowship of like-minded Talmidim (Disciples) of Yeshua (Jesus) Ha’Mashiach (The Messiah) who gather together every Shabbat (Sabbath) to study the Torah portion and Gospels, participate in Torah service, seek to observe the biblical festivals and teach on the historic foundation of the church in its appropriate Jewish context.

As stated, the Jewishness of Biblical Faith in Mashiach Yeshua is expressed through Torah and Gospel readings, observance of the Biblical feast and fast days, teaching of Scripture from a Jewish perspective, Messianic praise music and Davidic dance. We seek to explore the Jewish roots of our faith and to foster a loving sensitivity to the Jewish people. Our desire is to daily seek first the kingdom of Adonai, to know the D’var Adonai and His righteousness, and to share our faith with all men in a culturally sensitive way.

We seek to provide an environment where believers can be edified and encouraged in Messianic belief as well as equipped to do the work to which we have been called: first, to bring the good news to Jews and to be a light to a lost world, and secondly, to bring a message of reconciliation to the Church so that both Jew and Gentile may know the spiritual reality of being One New Man in the Mashiach.

As a Fellowship we are determined to live according to The Words (devrei) of Yeshua (the D’var Adonai/Logos) of the Torah-Tanakh and Brit (New-Renewed) Chadasha (Covenants).

In Mattityahu 22:37-40:“He told him, ‘You are to love Adonai (Kurios) your Elohim (Theos) with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.’ This is the greatest and most important mitzvah. And a second is similar to it, ‘You are to love your neighbor as yourself.’ All of the Torah and the Prophets are dependent on these two mitzvoth.” (CJB)

As joint heirs to the promises to Avraham through his Seed Yeshua, we are participant and partakers in the common wealth of Israel. Having been grafted into the Tribe of Judah through our Brother Yeshua we seek to be set-apart and identify with the Children of Israel as the Talmidim (Disciples) of Yeshua did.

We seek to truly be informed by the Hebrew Bible, Biblical Halakhah and Traditional Judaism, while studying Middle Judaism, Second Temple Judaism, early Messianic movement and modern Messianic Judaism. We seek to expose the pagan roots of what is done by many and taught in society through popular media. Our goal is to establish the true Historical and Biblical foundation for those who are hungry and seeking historically accurate and free from Pagan Influenced experience  in “Ikklesia” (Synagogue, Congregation, “church”) as it existed in the period of Yeshua and was practiced by Himself and His disciples.

We are committed to developing and investing in Messianic Jewish Synagogues and Gentile Congregations that work together in a Ruach of unity toward the mission of worshipping Adonai; passionate proclaiming Yeshua as savior, Mikvahist in the Ruach HaKadosh, Healer and soon coming King-Messiah; making disciples; reaching the lost; fasting and praying; showing compassion; seeking social justice; investing in the next generation; and establishing Congregations (Ikklesias, Congregations, Synagogues, Assemblies). The Scriptures teach that believing Jews and Gentiles are branches in an olive tree—both the natural branches (Jews) and the wild branches (Gentiles/non-Jews) together share the same root (Romans 11). We believe this message of unity and harmony needs to be delivered to all people groups so that Jew and Gentile will be one in Mashiach, one in Yeshua! Baruch HaShem! (Bless the Name!)

We are active in reaching out to Gentiles, teaching them the Hebraic Roots of Christianity. We desire to educate both Jews and Gentiles about how the whole of Scripture, both the Tanakh (Hebrew/Old Covenant Scriptures) and the B’rit Chadashah (Greek/Apostolic Writings/New Covenant Scriptures) are brought to their fullness in Yeshua. He is the Mashiach (the Mashiach, Anointed One), the Son of the Living Elohim of Israel, in whom “all the fullness of Deity dwells!” (Colossians 2:9)

We are seeking a group of believers to join us on Shabbat and participate in the festivals of Yeshua, the Shabbat (Sabbath) and want to come closer to Yeshua and get free from Paganism as its becoming more evident in the world and become free from the Spiritual Roots to Dis-Ease through Divine Healing. We seek to be spiritually, mentally, emotionally and relationally free and embracing Adonais’ love and teachings embodied in Yeshua.

As Yeshua said “If you love Me obey My commands” and “go and learn what this means I desire obedience not sacrifice.”

If you are curious what that and many other enigmatic statements meant, or are seeking to fellowship with like minded Netzerim (Messianic) believers. Then please feel free to join us whether you seeking or established in the Jewish-Hebraic-Messianic Roots of Christianity or whether you’re exploring feel free to come and experience Elohims’ love. If your established in the Hebraic-Jewish Roots or Messianic Judaism feel free to join as well and add your richness to the group to help it become a more Hebraic, Biblical (Torah and Gospel) and Mashiach centered and vibrant group.
